7:15 a.m. update: Plugging up on Hwy. 169 in New Hope

This crash taking out the left lane on southbound Hwy. 169 at Rockford Road has traffic stacked up back to near I-94.

This crash taking out the left lane on southbound Hwy. 169 at Rockford Road has traffic stacked up back to near I-94.

In St. Paul, a wreck at 7th Street has westbound 94 traffic slowing at White Bear Avenue. The wreckage and debris has been moved to the right shoulder.

A broken down vehicle on the right shoulder of southbound 35E has traffic sputtering here and there between County Road J and County Road 96.
