A crash in the left lane of northbound I-35W at 46th Street is just the beginning of problems for commuters heading into downtown Minneapolis.
Ahead, a truck spun out and lots its load under the 7th Street overpass. Only one lane is open and traffic is at a dribble all the way through the downtown Commons.
It's a good 30 minutes from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.
