Traffic is still stacked up on westbound I-494 from Bailey Road in Woodbury over to Dodd Road in Mendota Heights. Things do pick up some speed west of Delaware Avenue, but until then, it's creep and beep all the way.
The reason was a police pursuit that ended in a crash at Dodd Road. The right lane was closed for about 30 minutes, but has reopened.
Northbound 35W is seeing building congestion from Burnsville Pkwy. to the Minnesota River bridge.
