A crash has moved to the right shoulder on westbound Hwy. 36 at Rice Street. That has traffic crammed back at Edgerton Street, and making for a 13 minute trip from Hwy. 61 and 35W.
Traffic is moving at a decent clip on both I-494 and Hwy. 169 in the west metro. Southbound 494 slows at Rockford Road while southbound Hwy. 169 sees speeds drop from 36th Avenue down to 394.
