A car that crashed into the center cable median barrier is partially blocking the left lane of southbound I-35W at County Road E2 in Arden Hills. There's also word of a secondary crash at I-694, but that one might have cleared.
Either way, traffic comes to a grind at County Road 96 and remains tight down to Hwy. 88.
Further to the north, responders are still dealing with a rollover on southbound 35W at County Road 14. That's got traffic creeping along from the Forest Lake Split past the scene. The good news is that the trip from the split to downtown Minneapolis is still less than 30 minutes.
