A pair of crashes on northbound 35W at Burnsville Pkwy. is adding to the woes commuters are facing in Lakeville and Burnsville.
The first hot spot is on northbound 35 at County Road 50. A rollover has the left lane blocked and traffic locked up at 195th Street. Ahead, the pair of crashes at Burnsville Pkwy. and one at 94th Street has drivers creeping along. Things remain tight all the way to the Crosstown.
Westbound 494 is inching along across the Wakota Bridge in South St. Paul. Slow downs and delays begin at Bailey Road.
A crash on westbound 694 at East River Road has cleared, but a fender bender at University Avenue has traffic stacked up past 35W.
