6 a.m. update: Current travel times

Our motorist who had an encounter with a guard rail on Hiawatha Avenue near the Crosstown has been rescued and car removed.

Not removed is a new crash on eastbound I-494 between Concord and Hardman avenues in South St. Paul.

The rain could spawn some spin outs this morning, so keep the speeds down, lights on and wipers in use.

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 6 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 9 minutes
