That's also starting to impact westbound Hwy. 36, which is filling in from Dale Street to 35W.
On northbound 169 in Eden Prairie and Bloomington, look for things to be crowded from County Road 18 to 494. Plan on about 10 minutes there.
The stall that had been blocking on westbound 94 at Cedar Avenue has cleared. Traffic is heavy on the Mississippi River bridge, but things are starting to loosen up in the area.
