This fender bender on the right shoulder of southbound Hwy. 169 at Plymouth Avenue has traffic slowing down at Medicine Lake Road.
Commuters on eastbound 94 have lots of company from 101st Avenue in Maple Grove down to the 94/694/494 split. Plan on 13 to 15 minutes for that trip.
One other slow spot is southbound I-35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul. That is at 5 minutes with speeds starting to drop.
