A vehicle crashed and rolled over in the center median on I-35E at Cedar Avenue in Eagan about 30 minutes ago.
Medics and lots of emergency personnel are on the scene. One southbound lane is blocked and debris litters the freeway. The left shoulder on the northbound side is blocked.
Traffic does bunch up in the area in both directions, but so far the delays are not more than a minute or two.
