It's kind of a mess in St. Paul in the area of Lafayette Road and University Avenue E. A vehicle struck a power pole and now lines are blocking the street. This is in the area of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the St. Paul Police Department and the Ramsey County Detention Center.
Look for activity on University west of Otsego Street.
Elsewhere, a semi vs. car crash has traffic jamming up on northbound I-35W at Cliff Road.
And look for delays on southbound Hwy. 252 due to a wreck around 85th Avenue in Brooklyn Park.
