6:40 a.m. update: More problems for I-94 in the Midway

A new crash on westbound 94 at Snelling Avenue has moved to the right shoulder, but a stall blocking the left lane at Cretin Avenue is still in place. That combination has traffic cramming up from Lexington Avenue to Hwy. 280.
