Motorists on eastbound Hwy. 10 at Hwy. 101 in Elk River are at a standstill due to a lane closure. Delays continue over to 171st. Street.

Ahead things do move better from Armstrong Blvd. all the way over to 35W.

Northbound Hwy. 169 is moving just fine. A new traffic switch took place over night and drivers are now using the northbound lanes. The ramp from Hwy. 101 to northbound 169 is closed.

Northbound 35W, however, is plugging up from County Road 42 up to Black Dog Road. That is about 15 minutes.
