The cones are up and the left lane is closed on southbound 35E between Little Canada Road and Maryland Avenue, leaving only two lanes of traffic available for commuters heading into downtown St. Paul from the northeastern suburbs.

This is a look at congestion forming in the 694/35E commons in Little Canada with slow traffic from Edgerton Street to the west junction of the 694/35E interchange.

Elsewhere, look for a crash on southbound Hwy. 252 at 66th Avenue in Brooklyn Center.
