Traffic is bogging down on northbound 35W from the Minnesota River bridge up to a crash at 98th Street in Bloomington.

Up in the north metro, eastbound Hwy. 10 has traffic coagulating from Hanson Blvd. past a wreck close to Egret Blvd.
