Xcel Energy is reporting that power is coming back on in Rogers with just 2,000 customers still in the dark. It looks like traffic is still bunching up on southbound Hwy. 101 approaching 141st Avenue.

Elsewhere look for building levels on southbound 35W between Lino Lakes and Shoreview with the heaviest stuff around Lake Drive to Hwy. 10.

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 6 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 9 minutes
