We now know why the left lane of westbound I-94 at 7th Street in Minneapolis has been blocked for the past 3 hours. The State Patrol is investigating a crash in which a pedestrian running across the freeway was killed.

Elsewhere, look for a stall on the right shoulder of southbound I-35E near Maryland Avenue in St. Paul.
