Place a crash on the Cayuga Bridge and you're guaranteed to have a traffic jam. That's what's happening on southbound 35E as traffic crams up at Larpenteur Avenue past the scene.

Up in Shoreview, southbound 35W bogs down at 95th Avenue. A stalled car on the left shoulder near the fog line at Hwy. 10 is reason for that slow down.

And off the main line, Old Shakopee Road at Old Cedar Avenue is closed as the gas company investigates a leak in the area of Bloomington.

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 9 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 6 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 9 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 to Crosstown: 13 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 9 minutes. To downtown Minneapolis: 15 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 9 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 18 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 4 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 6 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 5 minutes
