6:15 a.m. update: Mess developing on I-35 in downtown Minneapolis

A pedestrian was hit on the 35 MPH curve on northbound I-35W, and that is causing traffic to bunch up heading into downtown Minneapolis.

A pedestrian was hit on the 35 MPH curve on northbound I-35W, and that is causing traffic to bunch up heading into downtown Minneapolis.

Complicating matters is a center lane blocking crash now reported at Franklin Avenue. Expect delays starting at 26th Street.
