A pocket of slow traffic has developed on westbound 694 between Victoria Street and Hwy. 10. It's attributed to a stalled vehicle at Lexington Avenue.
On southbound 35W, look out for a stalled semi on the right shoulder at County Road J.
The reason for all the flashing lights on northbound Hwy. 13 at I-494 is due to a medical emergency.
