All lanes on westbound 94 through the Lowry Hill Tunnel are back open. The State Patrol had closed the freeway for about 20 minutes while two separate spin outs inside the tunnel were towed away.
Meanwhile, the slick roads have led to a number of crashes this morning. Among those still impacting traffic include a car vs. semi crash on southbound I-35W at Washington Avenue.
We've also got a spin out blocking the center lane of eastbound 94 at Hwy. 280.
Two others where car have slammed into the center median cable barriers include northbound 35E at McAndrews Road and westbound 494 at Robert Street
