A wreck involving a couple vehicles is blocking the right lane of westbound I-94 at Hwy. 280 in the Midway area. This is in a tough spot and is causing a minor traffic backup. Expect a delay of 1 to 3 minutes.
Over in downtown St. Paul, a stalled vehicle is snug up against the right jersey barrier on the ramp from W. 7th Street to southbound Hwy. 52. Use caution when you come around the bend. The car is hard to see.
