35W southbound reduced to one lane after crash

Rush hour traffic on southboud Interstate Highway 35W near East Hennepin Avenue has been reduced to one lane after a semi-trailer truck crashed and landed on its side.

Traffic is backing up while the truck is being cleared. The State Patrol is at the scene.
