19, and counting, for Celtics • BOSTON 110, PHILADELPHIA 91: The Celtics set a franchise record with their 19th consecutive victory Tuesday, getting 18 points each from Kevin Garnett and Rajon Rondo against the 76ers in Boston. Garnett downplayed the early-season milestone. "Unless you win it all, it's pretty much steam in the air: You see it, and then it evaporates," Garnett said. The Celtics (27-2) will go for 20 in a row against the Lakers on Thursday.

• L.A. LAKERS 100, NEW ORLEANS 87: Kobe Bryant scored 26 points, Pau Gasol added 20, and the Lakers dominated the Hornets in New Orleans. The Lakers stormed to a 19-point halftime lead. Chris Paul finished with 17 points and 10 assists for the Hornets.

• MILWAUKEE 94, UTAH 86: Michael Redd's 27 points led the Bucks to their fifth consecutive home victory. Luke Ridnour had 11 points, 11 assists and six steals for Milwaukee.

• PORTLAND 101, DENVER 92: Former Gopher Joel Przybilla had 10 points and 19 rebounds and shot 4-of-4 on free throws in the final 2:40 for the host Trail Blazers, who tied Denver atop the Northwest Division.

• DETROIT 104, CHICAGO 98: Rodney Stuckey scored 40 points, topping his previous career high by 13, and the host Pistons overcame an injury to Allen Iverson in a victory over the Bulls. He sat out most of the second half because of a groin strain.

• NEW JERSEY 108, INDIANA 107: Devin Harris' buzzer-beating jumper from the key won it for the Nets in Indianapolis. Harris finished with 29 points and 11 assists, and Vince Carter led the Nets with 38 points.

• DALLAS 100, MEMPHIS 82: Dirk Nowitzki scored 21 points, and the host Mavericks stretched their winning streak against the Grizzlies to 13 games. Hakim Warrick scored 17 for Memphis.

• ATLANTA 99, OKLA. CITY 88: Joe Johnson had 20 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists for his second career triple-double, and Marvin Williams scored 21 points for the host Hawks. Chris Wilcox had 19 points and 12 rebounds in 24 minutes for the Thunder.

• MIAMI 96, GOLDEN STATE 88: Dwyane Wade had 32 points, eight rebounds and eight assists for the host Heat in its 15th victory. Shawn Marion finished with a Heat season-high 16 rebounds.

• CLEVELAND 99, HOUSTON 90: LeBron James scored 27 points -- 18 in the second half-- and Mo Williams added 23 for the Cavaliers, who remained the NBA's only undefeated team at home. Houston had won 11 consecutive road games against Eastern Conference teams.

• CHARLOTTE 80, WASHINGTON 72: Emeka Okafor had 29 points and 18 rebounds, and the Bobcats pulled away in the fourth quarter for a home victory.
