Roger Conrad is a retired Correctional Officer from the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud. Roger has always had a fascination with the weather that peeked during his studies as a Pilot. As his interest turned more towards computers he connected his weather station located at his home on the Horseshoe Chain of Lakes in Richmond MN to his computer and created his weather web page at www.richmondmnweather.com
