Earl has taught Geography (Physical Geography, Geography of North America, Geography of Latin America, and World Regional Geography) courses at Martin Luther College since 1992. Wisconsin dairy farm roots were transplanted to teach in elementary and secondary schools in Nebraska prior to moving to New Ulm.

DiggBlustery southerly winds are the only draw back to a warm November afternoon. Morning lows in New Ulm were in the low forties (42) and the warm up continued into the afternoon. At 2 pm it was 64 degrees.
