Apple Valley, Minn.
Melissa Watson has lived in the Twin Cities metro all her life with the exception of a three-year stint in sunny, warm Phoenix, AZ. Since then her appreciation of “nice” weather has grown exponentially. She is an outdoor enthusiast on multiple levels: golfing, hiking, camping and outdoor shopping (farmers markets and malls). Her pup Scout loves his fenced backyard and visiting the dog park when it is not muddy. Weather is a part of everyday life for the two of us.

I will be voting in a new district tonight. Hopefully traffic will go smoothly despite the rainy weather. (Just a subtle reminder to vote in-case you’ve forgotten).
The current temp in Apple Valley is 36 degrees. Weather.com says it only feels like 31 degrees, brrrr. I spy a 60-degree high on November 9 in the weather.com 10-day forecast. Really? Nice! And zero snowflakes in the next 10 days. Tomorrow will remain cool but a slight warm up ahead for the weekend (50’s!) Yay!
