The Vikings announced today that they have signed defensive tackle Travis Raciti, who spent last season on the Eagles’ practice squad.

The 24-year-old California native originally signed with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent last spring. He started 45 of his 49 games at San Jose State, where he was a two-time all-conference selection.

To make room on the roster for Raciti, the Vikings waived running back Brandon Ross, who signed as a rookie free agent earlier this month.
