The Vikings made a practice squad move today, adding offensive tackle Troy Kropog and cutting wideout Tori Gurley.
Kropog has played in seven NFL games over four seasons with Tennessee. The Titans cut him last week, and Jacksonville picked him up for three days before letting him go.
The Vikings needed a bit of depth on the offensive line, and had extra receivers, especially with Jerome Simpson set to return from an NFL three-game suspension on Monday.
Gurley was on the Packers' practice squad last season, declining to join the Vikings. An interesting tale, told at the time by Mark Craig.
