Moving day for Ted
When Ted Poetsch's foreclosed house was boarded up by the city of Minneapolis last month, he was inside. Only a frantic call to his lawyer persuaded the city to take the boards off long enough for Poetsch to leave with his cat. Last week, he got permission to retrieve his belongings.
