Thousands show up for Section 8 housing in Plymouth
3700 people filtered through Plymouth City Hall Tuesday and Wednesday to pick up Section 8 housing applications. The city will use a lottery to choose 300 applicants to be put on a waiting list for the federally funded program that allows people to pay rent based on their income.
