Mississippi River draw down draws spectators despite cold

It only happens once every 20 years -- the Mississippi River is lowered several feet near St. Anthony Falls exposing architectural elements not normally seen. Many braved the cold to tour the area despite near zero temperatures.
Two years ago, Father Tim Vakoc became the first -- and only -- miltary chaplain gravely wounded in the war in Iraq. He returned home to Minnesota with little hope. But he found a way to continue his ministry from his bedside.
