New blood sweats for Twins

Delmon Young was traded from Tampa Bay to the Twins on Nov. 29. Young was ecstatic. In 2003 he had been the No. 1 overall draft pick, but a few incidents during his career were bearing down on him. He decided to re-focus and train at Peak Performance Project in Santa Barbara, Calif. Now he will be joining the 2008 Twins.
