Rick Nelson tests "Wonder Bread"
Rick Nelson, one of the Star Tribune's restaurant critics, tests the no-knead "Wonder Bread" with great results. The formula was devised by Jim Lahey, owner of the Sullivan Street Bakery in Manhattan, and first heralded by the New York Times last fall. (Nelson's face is not shown in the video to maintain his anonymity as a restaurant reviewer.)
