Holiday boutique
Finding holiday gifts for friends and family members can be a challenge. Spice up your naughty and nice list and get ideas for home decor at the Holiday Boutique inside U.S. Bank Stadium. Peruse unique items from local artisans including jewelry, gourmet foods and gifts. Twin Cities designers will create four rooms showcasing different themes. Twinkling lights will glow in the festival of trees. Each decorated tree will be auctioned to benefit Operation Warm: Coats for Kids. Winter greens workshops
With outdoor gardens now dormant for the winter, it's time to bring the greenery indoors. In just two hours, you can create a spruce-top planter centerpiece or window box. Growing native plants
The Prairie Edge Chapter of Wild Ones meets this week with a presentation by Bob Dahm, aka Organic Bob. Music in the bungalow
When the first bungalow homes were built, the modern diversions of internet and TV did not exist. The Twin Cities Bungalow Club turns back time to when families had to be a bit more creative to stay entertained. The club hosts an evening of music, from vaudeville to operetta.
