Jokic had 22 points and 16 rebounds, and Millsap 21 points and 16 rebounds.
The Nuggets improved to 26-4 at home and pulled within a game of Western Conference-leading Golden State.
Lou Williams scored 24 points and Danilo Gallinari had 19 for the Clippers.
New York 130, San Antonio 118: Damyean Dotson scored 27 points as the Knicks ended their franchise-record home losing streak at 18 games. Dennis Smith Jr. had 19 points and 13 assists for New York. DeMar DeRozan had 32 points and nine rebounds for the Spurs, who fell to 1-6 on their road trip.
Orlando 113, Toronto 98: Terrence Ross scored 28 points against his former team, and Nikola Vucevic had 23 points and 12 rebounds as the visiting Magic beat the Raptors, ending Toronto's winning streak at seven. Kyle Lowry had 19 points and 10 assists for the Raptors. Toronto forward Kawhi Leonard did not play so he could rest.
