Oregon State topples No. 7 Arizona
Langston Morris-Walker made a go-ahead layup with 26 seconds left, lifting Oregon State (11-4, 2-1 Pac-12) over No. 7 Arizona 58-56 on Sunday night in Corvallis, Ore., for its first victory over a Top 10 team since 2000. T.J. McConnell had 13 points and six assists, and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson scored 14 points for the Wildcats (14-2, 2-1).

• LOSS, PLUS INJURY: Tiffany Mitchell scored 13 of her 19 points in the second half to help No. 1 South Carolina (16-0, 4-0 Southeastern) win 68-60 over No. 10 Kentucky (14-3, 3-1) in Columbia, S.C. Wildcats point guard Janee Thompson suffered a broken left fibula that had teammates and opponents shocked and turning away in tears. "It didn't look the way a leg is supposed to look," South Carolina forward Aleighsa Welch said. The 5-7 Thompson will miss the rest of the season.

• HAWKEYES WIN: Melissa Dixon scored 18 points and Ally Disterhoft added 17 to lead Iowa to a 73-59 home victory over Purdue. Hill-Murray graduate Bethany Doolittle contributed 15 points for the Hawkeyes (12-3, 3-1 Big Ten). Purdue (9-7, 2-3) got 15 points from Ashley Morrissette.
• HUSKERS FINISH STRONG: Rachel Theriot scored 27 points, including 10 in a row as Nebraska (12-3, 2-2) closed with a 15-4 run in a 58-53 victory at Illinois (11-5, 2-2).
