Suki Dardarian oversees newsroom operations, including news, enterprise and digital. She joined the Star Tribune in 2014. Prior to that, she was managing editor and director of audience development at the Seattle Times.
"At the Times, where she was a senior editor for 14 years, Dardarian helped oversee work that earned two Pulitzer Prizes, for breaking news and investigative reporting. She earlier served as a senior editor and reporter at the News Tribune in Tacoma, Wash, and a reporter at the Everett, Wash., Herald. Dardarian is a former president of the Associated Press Media Editors, a national professional organization. A San Francisco native, Dardarian earned her bachelor's degree in communications and political science from the University of Washington.
