Preview: The 27-53 Kings have lost five consecutive games and eight of their past 10 after losing 117-101 to the Clippers in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon. That was Sacramento's last road game. The Kings finish the season at home with Sunday's game against the Wolves and Wednesday's finale against Phoenix. … Kings star F Rudy Gay played Saturday in Los Angeles after he had missed two games because of a lower back strain. … The Wolves lead the season series 2-1.

Players to watch: Kings C DeMarcus Cousins has 52 double-doubles this season — the franchise's most in a single season since it moved to Sacramento — after Saturday's 32-point, 12-rebound afternoon. That's two more than Chris Webber's 50 during the 2000-01 season. … Wolves rookie C Gorgui Dieng's 12-point, 20-rebound game in Friday's 112-110 home victory over Houston was his second 20-rebound game against the Rockets in three weeks. He has started 12 of the past 15 games and is averaging 11.8 points and 11.5 rebounds in 29.7 minutes. He's also shooting 53.1 percent from the floor and has seven double-doubles in those 15 games. And, by the way, he also hit the game-winning shot with 4.6 seconds left on Friday. … Wolves F Corey Brewer's club-record-tying 51 points in Friday's 112-110 home victory over Houston raised his season scoring average to 12.2 points, fourth on the team.

Injuries: Wolves F Kevin Love (hyperextended elbow) is questionable, C Nikola Pekovic (sore foot) and G Kevin Martin (foot) are doubtful, F Chase Budinger (sprained ankle) and F Shabazz Muhammad (sprained knee) are out. Kings G Isaiah Thomas missed his 10th consecutive game Saturday because of a quad contusion, and coach Mike Malone said he won't play Sunday, either. F Carl Landry (knee surgery) and G Jason Terry (knee rehabilitation) are out.
