wolves gameday

7:30 P.M. at san antonio • FSN, 830-AM

Preview: Nine days delayed, the NBA finally brings you a Wolves-Spurs game, this time in San Antonio. You might remember the first game between the two — a Wolves "home" game — was postponed last week when smoke filled the Mexico City Arena fewer than 90 minutes before the opening tip. That game is expected to be played at Target Center in April.

Players to watch: Tony Parker and Tim Duncan start and lead the Spurs in scoring, but don't sleep on reserve guard (and other member of the "Big Three") Manu Ginobili, who leads a bench that is second in the NBA in scoring at 45.6 points a game. Ginobili is averaging 10.6 points and perhaps more importantly 4.6 assists.

Injuries: Wolves C Ronny Turiaf (elbow) and F Chase Budinger (knee surgery) both traveled to San Antonio but remain out. Spurs C Tiago Splitter (calf) and F Aron Baynes (sprained ankle) are listed as out as well.
