C.J. Miles, Cleveland

The reserve scored 12 of his 19 points in the second quarter alone, when the Cavs extended an eight-point lead into a 19-point one. He also had five rebounds, two steals and two blocks in 19 minutes.

By the numbers

11 Steals combined by Corey Brewer and Ricky Rubio. It’s only the second time in Wolves history two players each had at least five steals. Andrei Kirilenko and Rubio combined for 12 in a game last April.

10 Kevin Martin threes the past two games, one shy of tying Rashad McCants, Anthony Peeler and James Robinson for most threes by a Wolves player in consecutive games.

38 Wolves first-half points after they scored 40 in the first quarter Sunday in New York.
