Three months ago, Kansas State freshman forward Michael Beasley seemed certain to become the No. 1 overall pick in this summer's NBA draft. Then the NCAA tournament came and went and now it looks like a pick 'em between Beasley and Memphis freshman guard Derrick Rose.
