Wolves gameday

Last update: March 20, 2008 - 7:13 PM

Preview: The Pacers have won consecutive games and three of their past five games. All three victories -- over Seattle, New York and Charlotte -- came at home, where the 27-41 Pacers are 15-18 this season. ... In Wednesday's 102-95 victory over the Bobcats, newly signed Flip Murray scored 22 points and Shawne Williams shook his place at the end of the bench to score 16 points in 17 minutes. ... Wolves point guard Randy Foye's 10-rebound game in Wednesday's victory over Memphis was his second in the past three games.

Player to watch: Forward Mike Dunleavy, whom the Pacers are mentioning for Most Improved Player this season, has scored 30 or more points eight times this season and has raised his scoring average from 12.8 points last season to a career-best 18.3.

Injuries: Wolves guard Sebastian Telfair won't return from a sprained ankle to practice until next week at the earliest. Pacers starters Jermaine O'Neal and Jamaal Tinsley are out because of knee injuries and forward Danny Granger (wrist) and center David Harrison (sore knee) are day-to-day.
