Roster for Vegas doesn't include Lee

The Timberwolves took 19 players with them to Las Vegas on Sunday for summer-league play, but surprisingly one of them wasn't second-year guard Malcolm Lee.
Lee won't join teammates Derrick Williams and Wes Johnson to play five games in seven days in the Las Vegas Summer League. He is being held back to concentrate on strength and conditioning in preparation for training camp. The team cites Lee's knee that was surgically repaired in December, although he did return to play the season's final six weeks.
Others who made the Vegas roster: second-round pick Robbie Hummel, Ohio State guard William Buford, international draft prospects Paulo Prestes and Lior Eliyahu, Minnesotans Kammron Taylor and Lamont Mack, assistant coach Jack Sikma's son Luke and Denver coach George Karl's son Coby.
The Wolves open by playing the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday night.
