Preview: This is the season finale for the Wolves, who have won only once in April. A victory would give them 27 for the season, which would be 10 more than last season. That .409 winning percentage would translate to 34 victories over an 82-game season. But it won't be easy. Denver is assured a playoff spot, but its position in the Western Conference is not set. The Nuggets beat Oklahoma City 106-101 Wednesday, and they can secure the No. 6 seed and a first-round matchup with the Lakers if they beat the Wolves.
Players to watch: The question is, which players will fans be watching in a Wolves jersey for the last time? The list could include F Michael Beasley, F/C Anthony Randolph, F Anthony Tolliver and G Martell Webster. The Wolves will have to make decisions on all of them, as well as C Darko Milicic. This also will be retiring Brad Miller's final NBA game. For the Nuggets, F Kenneth Faried has two double-doubles in three games vs. the Wolves. G Arron Afflalo has averaged 20.5 points in two games vs. the Wolves.
Injuries: Wolves F Kevin Love (who has been cleared after a concussion), G Luke Ridnour (ankle), Milicic (hamstring) and G Ricky Rubio (knee surgery) are out. For the Nuggets, F/C Al Harrington (knee strain) played 23 minutes against Oklahoma City on Wednesday. G/F Wilson Chandler (hip) and G/F Rudy Fernandez (back) are out.
