• EDMONTON 5, COLORADO 3: Former Gopher Ryan Potulny had a power-play goal and an assist for the Oilers in a victory Sunday in Denver.

• ATLANTA 3, ST. LOUIS 2 (SO): Rich Peverley and Slava Kozlov scored in a shootout as the host Thrashers beat the Blues.

NOTES

• The New York Rangers lost captain Chris Drury (concussion) and fellow center Brandon Dubinsky (possible broken right arm or wrist) to injuries in Saturday night's loss to the Calgary Flames.

• Carolina goalie Cam Ward remained in an Ohio hospital after his upper leg was cut by a skate Saturday against Columbus. Hurricanes General Manager Jim Rutherford said he could miss three to four weeks.
