NBC announced its national broadcast schedule this afternoon for both NBC and NBC Sports Network.

The NBC Sports Group will televise 12 Wild games this upcoming season -- one on NBC and 11 on NBC Sports Network. Of those 11, 10 are exclusive (the one that isn't is Feb. 21 vs. Chicago).

That means, I believe, 71 Wild regular-season games will be televised locally on Fox Sports North. The network will announce its schedule at a later date.

The first game on NBCSN is Jan. 8 against Anaheim, which will be Bruce Boudreau's first against his former team.

The one NBC game is Feb. 12 vs. Detroit.

Eight of the 12 games on NBC or NBCSN are at Xcel Energy Center, including three in a row in February.

All four Wild games vs. Chicago has been snagged by the network clearly due to high local ratings in both markets. The Blackhawks actually have 21 of their 82 games on the NBC Sports Group.

The games on NBC or NBCSN (all times CT):

Sunday, Jan. 8, at Anaheim Ducks, 7 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 12, vs. Montreal Canadiens, 7 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 15, at Chicago Blackhawks, 6 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 26, vs. St. Louis Blues, 7 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 8, vs. Chicago Blackhawks, 7 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 10, vs. Tampa Bay Lightning, 7 p.m.

Sunday, Feb. 12, vs. Detroit Red Wings, 2 p.m. (NBC)

Tuesday, Feb. 21, vs. Chicago Blackhawks, 7 p.m.

Monday, Feb. 27, vs. Los Angeles Kings, 7 p.m.

Sunday, March 12, at Chicago Blackhawks, 6 p.m.

Tuesday, March 21, vs. San Jose Sharks, 7:30 p.m.

Sunday, March 26, at Detroit Red Wings, 6 p.m.

All Wild radio broadcasts will be available on KFAN 100.3 FM with any preempted contests heard on KOOL 108 FM.
