Preview: The Wild, having broken a 16-game winless streak in Dallas with a 7-4 victory on Monday, now try to win consecutive games there for the first time in franchise history. The Wild has won seven consecutive games, two short of the franchise record of nine set March 8-24, 2007. The Stars had three days off to contemplate Monday’s loss, so their legs will be fresh.

Players to watch: Wild C Mikko Koivu has six points in his past three games and 16 points in 13 games in March. C Matt Cullen has 11 points in his past nine games. W Zach Parise has three goals and six points in his past four games. D Ryan Suter is second among NHL defensemen with 27 points. Stars RW Jaromir Jagr has goals in four consecutive games. RW Loui Eriksson has four assists in his past three games, including two Monday. G Kari Lehtonen is 6-5 in 11 starts vs. the Wild.

Numbers: The seven goals the Wild scored Monday was the most ever for a game in Dallas. The Wild has scored two or fewer goals in 14 of 23 games in Dallas.

Injuries: Wild G Josh Harding (illness) is out. Dallas W/C Ryan Garbutt (hand) is out.
