STAR TRIBUNE'S THREE STARS

1. Marian Gaborik, Wild: Last original Wild player scored two goals and had an assist to give the team its first Northwest Division title.

2. Niklas Backstrom, Wild: Robbed the Flames' Jarome Iginla moments after Gaborik scored the eventual game-winner.

3. Todd Fedoruk, Wild: Scored the first goal. Bruiser played like a skill player.

BY THE NUMBERS

23 Streak of consecutive penalties killed by the Wild, which was broken by the Flames in the first period Thursday.
