The Minnesota Wild organization sent e-mail responses to fans who contacted the team regarding its acquisition of Chris Simon. After a salutation, here is what the letter said:
Thank you for your interest in Minnesota Wild hockey, especially as it relates to our recent acquisition of Chris, and we appreciate your taking the time to submit your comments. While we may not have forwarded your specific e-mail to Wild management, though a large number have been forwarded, we can assure you that the department is aware of the fans' concerns, and they will be addressed in the coming hours and days via Wild.com.
